SERVICE DESK MANAGERS

The Service Desk Managers Forum focuses on networking and knowledge-sharing of various levels Service Desk Managers across industries in the Richmond area.  The group meets once a quarter to discuss a variety topics from establishing and evaluating key metrics, defining and implementing processes, to employee retention.  The Forum will also look to host guest speakers on key topics that impact Service Desk professionals.
